Free tickets to the arts for 62+ Miami-Dade County residents
The Golden Ticket Arts Guide features an amazing array of FREE cultural offerings for Miami-Dade County residents, ages 62 and over. If you qualify, you will be able to enjoy everything included in the Golden Ticket Arts Guide free of charge.
The 2015-2016 guide will be available next month. Simply call 305-499-8755 or email the Department of Cultural Affairs. You will be asked to provide your name, address and contact number to receive your free copy via US Mail. Golden Ticket guides are also available for pick-up at local Miami-Dade County Libraries.
Here’s how you use the Arts Guide: First, review the guide to find events or cultural venues that you would like to visit. Call the organization in charge of the event to make a reservation, tickets are available on a first come, first served basis. Check each listing and organization for specific information.
Clip the Golden Ticket coupon for the specific event you will be attending and fill out the back with the appropriate information. Take the coupon with you; at the entrance you will need to present the coupon, along with a photo ID.
