LeBron James is said to have paid an estimated $10 million dollars for his 35,000-square-feet home in Bath Township, Ohio. The property sits on a 5.5-acre lot and features include a huge Master Suite with a two-floor walk-in closet, six bedrooms, eight full baths, recording studio, a two-lane bowling alley, casino, movie theater, sports bar and a barbershop.

LeBron’s Miami property, on the other hand, cost him $9 million. Four years ago, that was the price tag for a 12,000 square feet, zero-lot line home in Coconut Grove. One could call it a ‘mini-mansion’ compared to his Bath Township property. The price difference can be attributed to real estate value. You see, his beautiful zero-lot line Coconut Grove home has something his 5.5 acre home in Ohio can’t possibly have: A majestic view of Biscayne Bay.

LeBron, Biscayne Bay will miss you, and so will I!
